Your Obligations

Client Content

You retain all rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Developed Applications

Upon full payment, you will own the custom-developed application and its source code, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We retain the right to reuse generic code, frameworks, and methodologies.

Payment and Billing

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement
We typically require a deposit before starting work
Late payments may incur interest charges
You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Refunds are subject to our refund policy in your agreement

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will make reasonable efforts to fix any defects in our work during the warranty period specified in your agreement.

Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Non-payment of fees
Illegal or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
